Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order. However there are minimum shipping charges and its advisable to order atleast the amount by weight which can be shipped within the minimum shipping charge.

What are my payment options?

You have following options:-

1. Credit Card : You must pay through website https://www.ikobo.com/
We do not accept payment directly from customers for security reasons.
Ikobo is a leading International Money Transfer Company. You may see their website and convince yourself about safety of using credit card.

2) Bank T/T:-
you can instruct your bankers to transfer the invoiced money in to our account. The details of our bankers with swift code will be provided, if you choose this option.

3) Letter of Credits:-
Bigger orders involving large amounts can be handled through LC

4)Payment by cheques or drafts

5) You may also pay through Western Union or any other preferred mode that you feel comfortable with.


Can you supply in bulk?

Yes, we do so. Depending upon the item and quantity required it could take about 4-6 weeks. Please contact us for specific enquiry.


Do you have any discount policy for regular buyers?

We offer discounts to all our regular clients, even if they do not order in bulk. You will have to contact us to quote for that.


How many days it generally takes to deliver the goods?

Usually within a period of one to two weeks.


Through which mode do you ship your goods?

The mode of shipment depends on your choice. There are several options and the ones that suits you best would be followed.


Which courier services do you normally sent by?

We generally prefer Speed post but you have to decide, there are other options as well. Have a look at website http://www.indiapost.gov.in/ We could also ship using FedEx, DHL, and UPS which perhaps are more reliable though expensive as well.

Are there any charges I have to pay on receiving of goods?

This depends on the mode of the shipment you have chosen and what your country's rules say on the same.


The item I want is sold out or is not listed. Can you supply these?
We have approved suppliers and we can get the item very quickly. We keep on changing the items so it probably would not be listed. However upon request it can be procured easily.


Can I cancel or change my order?

You must notify us as soon as you can. We will try our best to accomodate you.


Can I track the order?

Yes. We will provide the airwaybill no and you would be able to track the order.


Do you have a refund policy?

In case there is some defect in the product, you can ask for refund or adjust the amount against future order.
